Through Yoga Mentoring, I do not simply teach asanas (poses) or flexibility techniques.

I create a space for you to stand Authentically within your body, to Listen to it, to Trust it, to Make Peace with it.

After years in athletics, with experiences, championships and extensive yoga training, I’ve learned that true strength is not measured by performance but by our ability to remain present even when everything within and around us is changing.

In each session, you will:

• Explore your body not as a means of achievement but as a gateway to consciousness

• Move with intention, not ambition

• Learn to tune in with yourself, even in silence

• Recognize your energetic patterns and how they manifest physically
